As a Customer Support employee you are the first point of contact for all our national and international customers. This may involve answering questions about the use of our bodycams, our software, helping them with the installation or with any technical problems that they encounter.
About the role
Together with your support colleagues, you perform quality checks on every bodycam, before they go to the customers.
You assist customers with the implementation of the bodycam solutions.
You register and analyze the customers incidents, complaints and returns to ensure that they are resolved in no time.
You solve problems independently and in collaboration with your colleagues and ensure that our support portal remains up-to-date.
In addition to customer support, you work closely with colleagues from the R&D department in order to allow product improvements and also help test new software releases.
As you can see, it is a very versatile role and you will be able to learn a lot and develop the role in order to support our customers in the best possible way.
You have experience as a 1 and 2 line support employee (Linux is preferred) and you have become very useful in solving technical problems. You have MBO work and thinking level and your communication skills in Dutch and English are very good. In the workplace you are proactive in your actions and it is your ambition to exceed the service expectations of our customers every day!
