We are looking out for a talented leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to target the mobile video market (b2b). You are able to translate our company & commercial strategy into an actionable sales plan and build a high-performing sales team. The primary focus will be selling technical solutions at the Enterprise level and building strong relationships with our clients and channel relationships (resellers and implementation partners).
Working closely with marketing to complement sales initiatives and enhance company positioning. Professionally represent the company at trade shows, presentations, client events, and site inspections. Achieve goals and sales benchmarks as directed by the CEO.
This position will provide tactical leadership for the group and ensure effective coordination of team efforts. The Head of Sales will coach and develop members of the team to maintain superior sales skills with the organization. This position reports directly to the CEO and you must be able to travel internationally.

You have a proven track record in selling technical or ICT solutions in the security market for police, public transport and / or video surveillance.
Have at least 10 years sales management experience in an international environment.
Have unique set of skills in business development, sales and technical.
Have a proven track record in selling technical or ICT solutions in both commercial and governmental market.
A proven record in successfully building and managing an international sales partner network
Are collaborative and you have a team-oriented attitude with an ability to partner with leads across the company.
You have an entrepreneurial attitude.
Have a strategic mind, but are just as hands-on decisive.
Are fluent (or native speaker) Dutch, English and German is a pré.
Are willing to travel internationally up to 40%.
