INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

In this challenging and varied role you are the spider in the web, the point of contact for customers and partners, and the connecting link between sales, operations and our international market.
What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Specialist you will contribute to the success of ZEPCAM by:
– Advising and selling our innovative portfolio to customers, prospects and partners over the phone.
– Generating and following up on leads and sales opportunities.
– Preparing, processing and managing quotations, including their follow-up.
– Provide support in tender processes and events.
– Schedule customer and partner appointments and keep our CRM system up to date.
– Coordinate pilot and demo projects together with customers, partners and operations.
– Support customer success and license management and handle orders professionally.
– Providing administrative and commercial support to our sales managers.
Your profile
You are a driven team player with:
– Excellent communication and sales skills, including persuasiveness and customer focus.
– Experience in B2B sales and affinity with technology.
– A proactive and independent mentality, with a focus on customer satisfaction and analytical skills.
– Good command of Dutch and English, with knowledge of German, French or Spanish as an advantage.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a completed MBO/HBO education in sales,
marketing, communications or engineering.
– Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Office 365, plus accuracy in administration.
