Tech company ZEPCAM BV with offices in Delft and Zaltbommel issues certificates of shares and bonds via the NPEX stock exchange. With the proceeds from the five-year 8% bond loan and the issuance of certificates, the company can build on its current growth in the coming years.
ZEPCAM is a leader in Europe with the bodycams and associated software developed by them and also has a strong position globally. ZEPCAM BV currently has more than 400 organizations in 40 countries with tens of thousands of daily users as customers.
The company supplies the ZEPCAM bodycams, software and service to police forces such as the Dutch police, public transport such as the NS, numerous municipalities for their BOAs and other organizations active in security and surveillance, emergency services such as various hospitals and fire brigades) and services such as logistics and traffic management.
