INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER

Join us as an International Sales Manager, responsible for leading our expansion in Europe and beyond. As an International Sales Manager, you are responsible for building and expanding the ZEPCAM business in a specific region. Your role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting and selling ZEPCAM’s solutions, sometimes through competitive tender processes. It’s essential that you build and collaborate closely with a strong network of local partners, customised for each customer group. This approach guarantees our success in winning clients in different countries and gaining the trust of local organisations. It enables us to provide top-notch solutions to customers in various sectors, including the police, law enforcement, private security, fire departments, healthcare, and public transportation.

Your Strategic Approach:

As an International Sales Manager, your strategic approach involves a range of key actions:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the specific needs and operational requirements of different customer segments, aligning these needs with ZEPCAM’s solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities and challenges in selling ZEPCAM’s bodycam solutions to organisations within these segments.
  • Analysing international commercial opportunities and tenders, skillfully managing project proposals within this competitive landscape.
  • Building a high-quality and proactive partner and reseller network to ensure comprehensive market coverage and success.
  • Collaborating closely with these local sales partners and sometimes system integrators to navigate opportunities throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
  • Influencing the decision-making process of prospects by providing valuable consultative sales information.
  • Leading the tender bid process to secure ZEPCAM as the preferred supplier for these prospects.
  • Ensuring overall profitability in the bids and contracts associated with each assigned account.
  • Collaborate closely with your ZEPCAM colleagues during implementation and on after-sales opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities for account expansion and drive the growth of our business within international key accounts.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications to the table:

  • At least five years of experience in international technology sales, coupled with technical education as a nice-to-have to ensure a deep understanding of the products and industries.
  • A proven track record of achieving international sales growth and generating prospective leads.
  • Proficiency in identifying and developing sales opportunities within both new and existing accounts, coupled with a strong ability to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with international tendering procedures related to public organisations.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages, with knowledge of German as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, strong project management skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Strong CRM skills and experience in social selling, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn.
