ZEPCAM has launched Manager version ZEP2025.2, a significant software update that delivers advanced features to elevate operational control, safety, and enterprise integration for organisations using bodycam solutions.
Key Improvements and New Features
Remote Start & Stop for T3 Bodycam: T3 bodycams can now be activated remotely via ZEPCAM Manager to start live streaming, providing better control and faster response in critical situations. Only for authorised users, with privacy controls for officers in the field.
Alarm Button for T3 Bodycam: The T3 bodycam can now be used as an alarm trigger, enabling integration with your command and control systems for rapid incident escalation.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Support: With SSO support, enterprise users will benefit from improved security and ease of access based on Open ID Connect, the industry standard for secure user authentication.
Multi-Storage Options: This functionality provides storage options for ZEPCAM data, e.g., Azure, European cloud providers, AWS-compatible platforms, or opt for local storage.
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements: This release includes several bug fixes and technical enhancements to improve overall system performance and reliability.
Availability
The update was rolled out across all ZEPCAM Cloud environments between 14 and 17 April 2025. All customers, including those with On-Premise installations, received an email with their specific upgrade date and implementation instructions. On-premise users are advised to contact ZEPCAM Support directly to schedule their upgrade.
